Mobility testing and
assessment –This helps us identify where you need the most attention. It
points the direction for your program design.
Personalized program
design – Is your goal to lose weight? Do you have strong cardio, but need to develop your strength? Is your upper body strong, but you want to
build your leg strength? Maybe you’re an athlete who wants to build your
resiliency. Or perhaps you can't move like you used to due to injury or inactivity and you want to restore some of your mobility.Your fitness goals are most likely going to be different than the
person training next to you. That is why our semi-private training program takes the time to tailor a program designed around your goals and
abilities.
Individualized
attention – Group classes and bootcamps are great. However, with class
sizes ranging from 10 to 40 people, it is easy to get lost in the crowd. Making it impossible to get the attention you
need and eliminating any individualized program design. On the contrary, our semi-private training program is limited to 6 people, making it easy for
you to be seen and attended to.

A
note about footwear: I highly recommend that you come prepared to go

more basic the shoe the better.
